Delete your Flatapult account

How to delete it

1. Sign in to Flatapult, in the app or at flatapult.com.
2. Open the account menu at the top right and choose Settings.
3. Under Delete account, choose Delete account, enter your password and confirm.

What is deleted

• Your account: email address, name, password hash and language.
• Every flat saved in your account, with the drawings you uploaded for it.
• Your furniture designs.
• Your sign-in on every device.

Everything is deleted at once, and the browser you delete it in forgets its copies of your flats and drawings. A copy may remain in server backups for up to 30 days, after which it is gone for good.

What is not deleted

• Flats saved without an account. They are not linked to you, and anyone with their link can still open them. To delete one, open it in the editor in the browser where you saved it, sign in, choose Add to my projects, then delete it from your projects or delete your account. If you no longer have that browser, write to contact@flatapult.com with the flat's link.
• Web server logs (IP address, time and page requested), which are removed automatically after about two weeks.
• Copies of flats and drawings in other browsers you used, until you clear their site data.
• Google Analytics statistics, which never contain your email or account.

Cannot sign in?

Write to contact@flatapult.com from the address you signed up with, and we will delete the account for you within 30 days.
